DELIVERY LEAD TIME
- Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
- Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
- Peninsular Malaysia : 1 – 2 business working days.*
- Sabah & Sarawak : 2 – 3 business working days.*

Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us.
We ask that the items are returned clean and unworn. Item must be returned with their original packaging. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, we cannot accept your return.
If there should be anything wrong with your item, please email to sales@fiziwoo.com as soon as possible after discovering the defect. Describe the defect or damage in as much detail as you can, and attach images of the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
