Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Tuesday to Saturday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).

Delivery lead time for orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :
    • Peninsular Malaysia : 1 – 2 business working days.
    • Sabah & Sarawak : 2 – 3 business working days.
    • Singapore: 5 business working days Required ID document for customs clearance. (Sales team will contact customer)
    • Brunei: 5 business working days Required ID document for customs clearance. (Sales team will contact customer)
    • International (except UAE) : 7 business working days.
